"Easy check in, the owner was there and brought us a welcome gift of wine which was a nice touch. Room was great, everything was clean and well equipped, nest to Tully's which is a go to for us!"

"The pool and hot tub were small and the pumps incredibly loud . The pool area could really use an update . The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke in a non smoking area . Other than that everything was wonderful . Staff was very friendly and attentive! "

"As soon as we pulled up I got an icky feeling, the outside was flooded and absolutely riddled with trash. The inside hallways on our way to the room, exactly the same, filthy. I wish I could say the room was better, one moldy towel. Stains all over the room... And don't use the tissue box unless your fully vaccinated against all communicable diseases. Ohhhh and the surprise $50 fee that was charged at check in .. unless your looking to bang skanks and blow lines this place isn't for you"

"I had an early flight and required a nearby hotel. The hotel is clearly on the older side and scuffed up a little bit, but it was clean and convenient to the airport. "

"Horrible, the bedding was filthy, zero towels available, none in our room or for the pool. We had to order some from Wal mart. There was on staff member at check in who was doing everything he was amazing and I felt so bad for him! The next morning there was nothing for breakfast, it was all empty at 8:15, there were no plates the staff member had to door dash some. There was dog poop in the lobby laying in a pile off junk that wasn’t here the whole time. The pool water was absolutly disgusting!! The staff however was amazing and tried their best! I would of walked out "

"The stay was overall okay. The problem started with the overabundance of kids roaming the hallways and creating absolutely horrible disturbance. Staff seemed to no inforce anything and remained at the front desk watching their phone. The final morning, breakfast was unavailable an hour after breakfast as they had "staffing issues". When you plan an entire day or stay around the breakfast and it's time because of the plans or reason for the stay, and you're on a schedule, it throws the whole day off. My husband was down later in the morning when breakfast was finally open and was very upset at the staff, complaining about their workplace themselves and venting to other guests at the overwhelming amount of kids staying at the hotel. There's a time and place, and that's nether the proper time or place to vent, especially as an employee. My wife called to submit a formal complaint and was told they would follow-up with a resolution. It has been a few days and as expected, we received no follow-up call from management. I will not be staying at this location again and will consider to staying at a different more reputable hotel establishment from here on out. "
