At first I thought it was no big deal, these things happen. But when we were placed in the correct room, there was no heat and no hot water and it was single digits outside. We were cold. We booked a room for just one night (literally just slept there). I handed my room keys to the lady at the counter the next morning and left the hotel. The morning after that I was charged not only the $100 “incidental fee”, but an additional $25. Then the NEXT morning I was charged an additional $65! I called the hotel MULTIPLE times a day since then looking for an explanation and a refund. Each time I called I was told the manager was busy and they’ll get back to me. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t heard anything from them. "
