The area is predominantly residential but there are some great cafes, bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The Botanic Gardens and stunning University of Glasgow are both 20 minutes walk. Byres Road and Ashton Lane are 20 minutes walk and are home to some of the best bars and restaurants the city has to offer.
Getting Around:
The property is ideally located for guests who wish to explore the area on foot, with plenty of local amenities and attractions nearby. For travel further afield, Hyndland Train Station is just a few minutes’ walk away, offering direct trains to Glasgow Central Station in approximately 17 minutes, with departures every 12 minutes. Partick Underground Station is around a 15-minute walk, providing convenient access across the city.
