「Great pub, excellent food 」

「The staff were very accommodating and hospitable. We were late arriving, rang to let them know an ETA (9.30pm) and enquired if they were still serving food, they informed us that they had stopped serving food around 8 pm, but that they would cook for us on arrival, which was ideal (particularly for a family of 4, all hungry and tired)! 「The staff were very friendly and helpful. They accommodated us by making take away breakfast boxes because we had to leave early. Typical pub/inn with typical pub food. Under new management, so they were adjusting. The location was perfect, right in town and we got there early enough to get parking on site. 」
