Train and metro near property. The cleaning room is every 4 nights stay, so you keep the wet towels. You must pick up your own towels in reception and take your trash out. Rooms are very, very, very small, no space for 2 baggage or back pack. No moving space inside the room; and bathroom impossible to shower or move in, floor always wet due to shower, with some mold. Mattress is a box spring with two inches foam. No a/c must open window. Price was to high for this hotel and room space. Not recommended.

Hotel was designed in a lovely way. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good, lots of choice and there were enough gluten free and lactose free options. We particularly enjoyed Cozy Hour (a free beer or wine between 5pm and 6pm)! Only issues for us were that the Dyson fan’s remote in our room did not work. We had to turn the fan on from the button at the bottom and were only able to select maximum speed. The room was also very warm, we ended up leaving two windows open day and night (despite the maximum daytime temperature of 18c). I imagine the rooms get incredibly warm in the summer. We would definitely stay here again. Fantastic location and lovely hotel generally.

Clean room, conveniently located next to the Bella Center metro

This is a 2 to 3 star hotel at best. Good price, clean enough, but no airconditioning we had to keep the window open and borrow a fan. No toiletries, no basic room coffee, but it is available for a fee. This is just slightly more like hostel type

Hotel was OK for the price. The bathroom was on the small side. Water from shower covered the whole floor.
