「This property is a treasure. We stumbled upon it as we were coming out of Maine late at night. It is a historic property with an antique elevator and metal keys for each room. The grounds are beautiful and the workers were hard at work to keep it up. There were signs of wear, but we were still impressed and expressed the desire to bring my mother-in-law who would definitely enjoy the historic aspect. 「they need Roku tvs for streaming, they have breakfast and dinner only. No lunch. So theres a gap where they dont serve food in the day/afternoon. Food is amazing! Cumfy beds, love how you can jump on your atv and hit the trails right from the property. Staff very knowledgable of the ATV trails. Pool was awesome and warm and clean.」

「This has been our favorite hotel of the Sunday River area. We went in August and they had the pool at probably 94F, easy to walk in and relax for a while. Each night they had a nice diy drink setup with instructions. Each night the outdoor fire place was going - one night was marshmallows to roast.. the other night full on smores. Internet was fast.
