「This property has ZERO communication! Not even a note on the door. They blame Expedia but many properties message me through Expedia. This property should be listed as a hostel! They have 1 bathroom for multiple people; which is ok(it was very clean); but we had to walk across the house (3 rooms) to get to the bathroom. Not too fun for 3AM bathroom trips!」

「This property is a gem. Located in the town of Rumford, the home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The request to avoid wearing shoes on the hardwood floors is completely understandable, as the floors are beautiful and clearly well cared for.We were especially grateful to arrive and find the air conditioning already keeping the home cool, since we experienced several days with temperatures near 100 degrees. 「Wonderful experience. Clean room as well as hallways and the entire building. Staff were excellent. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Just a great place! Very few restaurants but there was a market to the left of the entrance that had some wonderful cooked food so we were able to eat in which was a nice little experience for us.」

「Beautiful home, our room was very comfy. We felt welcomed and the breakfast was delicious! Received good tips and info on the area.」

「Great hotel with helpful staff」
