"Lourdes she was an amazing front desk help. She made the call to have me picked up from the airport. She made sure the check in process was smooth and easy. She assisted with many of things. She suggested places to take my kids and it was a hit for them.They had soo much fun at Zapzone. Other staff were okay some didn’t speak at all but it’s okay. "The shuttle service (Valet Connection) was terrible. This shuttle is operated by an off‑site parking company that also services several nearby hotels, and it was clear their priority was their own parking customers—not hotel guests. At the airport, hotel guests were only allowed on if there were seats left after parking customers boarded. I barely made it onto the shuttle as the last seat, but I heard of others who were left behind and had to wait 30 minutes or more for the next shuttle. The hotel pickup was just as bad. The shuttle did not arrive on time, and the driver initially only wanted to pick up passengers flying on a specific airline. His dispatcher had to tell him to take all of us. He threw the luggage into the shuttle without stacking or securing it (I have photos). He then nearly left my bag at the wrong terminal—Detroit airport is very spread out. Thankfully, I intentionally sat in the back so I could keep an eye on my luggage. Truly awful service. I would avoid this hotel entirely due to how poor the shuttle experience was. "
