It was a bunch of trash on the second floor as soon as you walk up the stairs on the left side and the right side a lot of trash the staff was not friendly attitude mean disrespectful act like you’ve done something wrong because something at the location was not right I do not recommend Eureka airport location bunch of people standing around a lot going on at that location. Don’t feel safe in the room.

Staff was great, for the price point it met all expectations and rooms are clean , only thing is the ac unit was very dirty, but the staff made the stay worthwhile on how polite they were , remember for the price point its not a 5 star, the location is good too

The room was clean, front desk was helpful and kind. The room needed a few minor repairs. The air conditioner was not completely sealed to the wall and the toilet seat was loose. Although minor, important. I brought it to the attention of maintenance. Neither negatively affected my stay just minor concerns possibly overlooked.

First room had 3 stains on the sheets , so the front desk staff was very helpful giving a new room , but the new room smelled like cigarettes and a used earplug was on the floor, the microwave still had food crumbs in it , and the shower had hair in it. Smart tv was a plus , but overall wouldn't stay again. Also cash deposit only, what is this the 90s? Not family friendly

Awesome renovations!

The renovations we saw in our room completely transformed the space into a modern and comfortable stay. I loved the desk and the entire setup. My only concern is that they cheaped out on the bed, it was hard and uncomfortable. Although I love the room now I will likely consider other options.

hotel was very close to interstate, we heard traffic all night. bed was comfortable and room was clean. supposed to be coffee 24/7 in lobby but obviously you weren't allowed in, had to check in thru a teller like window. door to lobby was locked and room key doesn't open it.
