気になった点 : スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
La Quinta outright lied to us. On Expedia, it says they offer daily room service. That is a lie. They tol us that since COVID, they only do the rooms after four nights. Amazing how COVID is still being used as an excuse for poor service, if not no service. So by the end of our three night stay, the place was filthy with towels all over the floor, overflowing garbage pales, dirty bedsheets, etc. We had to ask for towels, soap, shampoo, name it and when we did the staff was extremely despondant if not unhappy with faces to show it. I will never ever again return to La Quinta. Maybe it's time Expedia check what lies are being said on their website.
