"was 27 degrees and room and management said too early to turn on air conditioning tho it was available in restaurant & lobby. So sleepless night in a hot hotel room that wasn't an inexpensive amount. "

"We were only staying for one night and wished we had stayed longer. The staff were extremely helpful, especially since our Italian was very little. Location of the hotel was perfect, and parking great. Drinks on the rooftop was such a special touch on a beautiful evening. Breakfast the morning we checked out was excellent and great that it started serving at 7am as we needed to head to the airport for 8am. Would definitely recommend to others and would book again if travelling to Olbia."

"Staff were very sweet. Room was clean. Balcony was great. Didn’t get to try the spa. The breakfast was very good, with an amazing view. Overall loved my experience. I wish there was an AC in the room"

"It is an apartment, not a hotel room. Mine was on the ground floor and there were people walking past and laughing which made it hard to get to sleep but it was very clean. The check-in process was a little surprising in that an app asked me to scan my passport and then let me pay the local tax. The next morning was confusing because they sent me an email saying that I needed to pay the tax and for a minute I thought I'd been scammed and that I had given my passport and my credit card number. They did apologize later that they had sent out a standard email that didn't take into account that I had indeed paid on a legitimate site. There was a couple hours of panic that could have been easily avoided by them tailoring email."
