We loved the location for being so central … very clean, great air conditioner!!! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this stay for anyone looking for a simple, affordable place in the heart of Olbia !!

I was actually amazed how great this little apartment was. Spotlessly clean, with all you may need for short or longer stay. Situated right in the centre of Olbia, close to restaurants and train station. I only stayed one night but really enjoyed my stay. Kitchen well equipped, spacious bathroom and comfortable bed with duvets as it was end of September and nights colder now. Terrace with seating, overlooking quiet and picturesque narrow street. Communication with owner also 👍

De locatie was helemaal top, praktisch in het centrum, maar wel in een straat waar verder geen restaurants waren. Dit betekende dat je binnen een paar honderd meter bij allemaal leuke restaurantjes en barretjes was, maar ‘s avonds/‘‘s nachts geen last had van herrie. Inchecken ging heel soepel online, vervolgens kregen we per whatsapp bericht de code voor de voordeur en een aparte code voor onze kamer. De kamer zelf was heel netjes en had alles wat je nodig kan hebben. Douche was heel fijn en het bed sliep prima. Zou hier zeker weer overnachten als we nog eens in Olbia zijn.

Le logement est propreet fonctionnel. Il est très bien situé car il est desservi par une grande partie des bus. Il est egalement situé au centre ville ce qui vous permet de rejoindre les restaurants, les boutiques ou les monuments à visiter à pied. L'hébergeur est très réactif. Il répond rapidement à nos questions.
