Good location close to the old city centre. Staff are incredible…Damarys at reception was so friendly and helpful💙 Alex and Lorania in the restaurant were excellent as well as the maid service! The parking lot needs attention so if you are driving watch the pot holes.

Very friendly and helpful staff - arranged emergency taxi for me (thanks!). Central location by a park and great view over the water. Breakfast was basic but decent and staff gave great and cheerful service - a lovely place to have morning coffee. Room was decent size and had a nice balcony so it was a bonus to be able to step outside. Xxx

The breakfast options were wonderful, as were the dinners. The outside patio was wonderful on a sunny day. All of the staff were so nice and helpful with my questions about the area. Good location and plenty of parking.

The staff are almost universally exceptional, and we felt very welcomed. The food was passable, but very limited. The hotel feels dated and recent upgrades, like laminate flooring in our room, are mostly cheap and already needing replacement. Okay value but more like a decent 3 star hotel.

Beautifully appointed hotel with wonderful staff. Our room has a fantastic view and is very quiet. My husband ate at the restaurant (I was too tired) and he really enjoyed it. Very dog friendly, which is very important to us.

The staff are really friendly and accommodating to our requests. The old town of Olbia is a few minutes walk away and the bus stop to the beach is outsidethe hotel. The rooms were spacious and lovely. I will definitely be back!

Hotel outside of city center near lovely park

The location of the hotel is about 10 min walking distance from the city center. There’s a small park just across from the hotel. The good thing is there was a bus stop just outside the hotel so if you’re not renting a car then it makes it a bit easier getting around and it only costs 1,50eur one way. The hotel feels a bit dated could need a bit of a refurbishment. My room was a decent size. One thing I did not understand were those tiny thin tissues in a dispenser instead of actual toilet paper that felt really strange to me. The breakfast I wouldn’t really call a breakfast felt very limited and a bit boring. The front desk staff were so lovely and helpful they really made me feel welcome. So to conclude a nice stay just a bit outside the city center

The team here were nothing short of exceptional.. nothing was too much trouble and they went over and above to be helpful and even remembered my name! I would 100% recommend this hotel, great location, fab rooms and breakfast and exceptional team! What more could you want! :)

The hotel was clean and comfortable and perfect for an overnight stay. It is a 10 minute walk into town. The huge first floor deck didn't seem to have shade or furniture or be accessible during the day to sit and enjoy the view, which would have been nice.

Rooms were good. Only the showerhead is set for 1m75. That is a bit to low to get a good shower. Breakfast was good. Nice view from the breakfast table. Close to Olbia centre. But there is not much to do there. Only 1 walking street with stores.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. They greet guests with big smiles and are happy to help offer recommendations and directions. This property however, is very tired looking inside and outside. The parking lots had holes large enough to swallow a small car. The stair wells are dark, dirty and the indoor/outdoor carpet that covers the stairs is bubbling and fraying. The wallpaper is peeling from the walls in some areas as well.
