「Exceeded our expectations. Our room was facing the Marina and the sound. It was bright and so welcoming and comfortable. The staff was gracious and helpful. A delicious breakfast was included as well as wine and cheese in the afternoon. We took advantage of the complimentary pontoon ride down the Niantic river which was wonderful. The location was great for wandering to Mystic and even into Rhode Island which we did . We would like to return some day!」

「Unfortunately, the shower did not have hot water. The TV was way too far from the bed and was very small - of no use; Minimal items....a bit pathetic. The room had a kitchen - which was not requested. The price was too high, given the poor appearance and lack of essential hot water at 7:00 a.m. in the morning!」

「When I arrived this hotel, I told and showed my dog to young reception staff. And I signed agreement document. But 11:00 p.m. I was called that I should pay pet charge right now from other rude reception staff. I will never stay such rude hotel any more.」

「施設の古さは否めませんが部屋はとても広く リビングと寝室は別々でした。 到着したのが夜の10:00過ぎだったのですが 間接照明で部屋が異様に暗いのがとても気になりました。 古さをリノベーションするのは大変だと思いますが せめて照明を明るくするだけでも、かなり評価が上がると思います。」

「モーテルタイプにしては、とても品がある素敵な部屋でした。スタッフも親切で、非常に満足しました。 隣の部屋の音が結構聞こえますが、これは他のホテルも同じでしょう。」

「Great water pressure. Toilet tissue holder was broken. Toilet tank rand off and on continuously. Lots of loitering and loud voiced in parking lot, with people going in and out of rooms, all night long.」
