「My friend and I stayed at the Amiana Hotel in Hanoi for two nights, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff delivered world-class white-glove service from the moment we arrived until the moment we departed. 「I booked the room with 1 king bed. When checkin, Hotel offered upgrade 2 bed room with 1 double bed + 1 single bed. I rejected because i want to sleep ,with my Children ion 1 king bed. however hotel said that 1 king bed room was fully occupied and they have no concerning and responsibility due to they are offering more good room than 1 king bed room. I really unsatisfied this arrangeand one-sideexplanation by hotel.」

「Khách sạn này mới và sạch sẽ」
