「Clean and cozy property. Great communication from owner. However, pictures showed a jetted tub, larger suite, and rear facing patio (which we later learned were for the larger suite next door also owned by the owners who were fabulous.) I would suggest separating the two property pictures to avoid future confusion. 」

「Cleanliness of place was spectacular and we had all the amenities we needed. I forgot oil for our morning eggs and there was olive oil ready for us! We didn’t get to use it, but there were beach towels and beach chair towel clips for us to use! Sitting on the balcony having breakfast won me over. And it’s only a few minutes walk to the main pier. I really can’t wait to come back.」

「Started with an incorrect access code, and no telephone connection in the hallway to contact the manager, Dollar Store Towels that were like Sandpaper, We booked for 4 people and only 3 Chairs were in the Dining Area or anywhere else, Directions were all over the place like a go find me game, This is not our first VRBO reservation so we are not amateurs as to what to expect, The place has the potential of being a 5 star rated VRBO but owners should have to live there for a week and experience...

「This property was perfect for myself and my children it was clean it was about 10 to 15 minutes to get to the beach which we enjoyed walking to every day. All amenities were close by. The apartment has everything you need. I don't think I contacted the host once, it just wasn't necessary. So if you are looking for a safe clean practically situated Condo this is perfect. 👌🏼 Thank you」

「This property was super clean and very convenient for our two families staying together. Each family had a bedroom/bathroom and then the shared kitchen/living space facilitated all for meals etc. The only suggestion would be to provide MORE TOWELS if possible.」

「Overall, very good experience. Suite was very clean and well kept. It had high end appliances, and comfortable furniture. We could not get the thermostat to work, and the suite had poor air circulation, even with the windows open. It got very warm trying to sleep at night. We had trouble getting the garage door for the parking garage open, and had to rely on other residents that pulled up behind us to open the door. 「The suite was very, very nice and cozy. Quite comfortable. The only thing we noticed was a hinge missing from a cabinet and two lightbulbs were burnt out above the kitchen island with no replacements available. Also the internet was down for two days. Our host was as accommodating as he was able to be. And always answered very promptly when/if we had questions. We would rent here again.」

「Check-in process was a bit confusing. Welcome Guide could have been provided earlier to reduce confusion/ questions. Host was very helpful and answered all questions though. Property was excellent! Suggestions for improvements to make it a perfect stay - Steak knives, tea spoons, tea bags, pots with lids, patio set and/or patio table in the balcony.
