"Beautiful Hotel ideally placed for visiting The Sage Centre. Fantastic comfortable room, great clean bathroom, tea and coffee offerings were good. Only downside £23 each for a breakfast is crazy compared to other hotels. So we ate out lol."

"The first thing thing to hit you is the reception staff , so polite helpful and friendly ! The reception area , clean and had a welcome feeling. The room we had must have been refurbished as it had in place the things you needed , like somewhere to hang your coats and my wife said a shower with a folding door . The man at the reception was so helpful in giving advice on the places to see and how to get there . Breakfast was great! My wife and I (we are in our early eighties)decided on a whim to spend a few days in Newcastle and we loved the city and the hotel made it great "
