Älteres Hotel, könnte schön sein aber schlecht geführt. Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Personal ist freundlich aber völlig unqualifiziert. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, v.a. Badfliesen, -fugen. Diverse Einrichtungselemente defekt: Duschhebel, Armaturen, Steckdose, Licht. Reparatur erst am nächsten Tag. Mails werden nicht gelesen, um z.B. auf Allergien (Frühstück) einzugehen. Immerhin am nächsten Tag Entsprechendes besorgt. Trotz vieler Unannehmlichkeiten noch herumdiskutiert wegen Preisminderung, letztlich doch noch gewährt. Insgesamt schon sehr unprofessionell. Personal wirkte ehrlich bemüht aber vieles hätte im Vorhinein vermieden werden können.

Zentral gelegenes, gemütliches Haus in Gelsenkirch

Sehr zentral gelegenes Haus. Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Check-in auch spät am Abend über Schlüsselausgabeautomat. Klappte völlig problemlos! Frühstück abwechslungsreich. Kaffeevollautomat zur Selbstbedienung. Nur wenige Scheiben Wurst, Käse, etc. Wird aber nach Entnahme nahezu sofort wieder aufgefüllt => alles sehr frisch! Bett (Matratze) prima. Bad/Dusche sehr sauber!

Absolut zu empfehlen!!!!

Wirklich schönes Hotel!!! Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer,(2 Erwachsene 1 Kind) Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt! Und der Empfang so herzlich und absolut hilfsbereit! Egal was für fragen man hat oder etwas benötigt wird, sofort hat der nette Herr eine lösung.Ich muss auch das Frühstücksbuffet erwähnen! Insgesamt, köstlich, sauber, eine vielfalt, Kaffee wirklich schmackhaft! Insgesamt: Wie zuhause!! Mein geheimtip! Absolut zu empfehlen:-)
