The property manager was terrific; great communication and information about the area before and after arrival. What was lacking from the listing was info on the unit we got. It wasn’t a specific unit by an owner but just a specific floor plan located somewhere between several buildings, assigned by the front desk. The pictures posted were of a different unit. This particular unit had NO VIEW whatsoever unless you like seeing people in a parking lot. Really felt disheartened upon arrival but I guess I should have asked before paying. The unit was FILTHY. Floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in 20 years. Mattress had urine stains as well as comforter. Called front and they replaced both quickly. Prior dog damage to room. Other small things; ants in room, smoke detector started chirping and talking at 1AM ( fixed by staff), no concierge showed up to address issues at check-in, shower mold everywhere, hardly any parking available and no handicapped parking at my building. Good things; close to pool, water park tickets were included, resort was clean and workers were nice. It did the job for our week there but would definitely not stay there again.
