「I stayed five days to visit and work at the national library (LAC) in Wellington st.,15 minutes to walk from the hotel (no buses), this wasn't problem for me, as there's no reasonable hotel around it. For visitors like me, it's almost the best place to stay, I can say : large living room, kitchen, bathroom, communicative staff, laundry, swimming pool, etc. Many shops around to support the relatively long-term visitors. 「kitchenette was nice feature and having the washer and dryer was convenient, they even included soap for a load. Water pressure in the shower was low for my liking. Some of the flooring, especially around the washer and dryer was popping out, which is a little unprofessional. Everything was great otherwise. 」

「Great location on a quiet downtown street! Walking distance to Byward Market, University of Ottawa, Parliament Hill and many other attractions. The hotel is a few blocks from a Farm Boy for grocery shopping and there are many restaurants and pubs nearby on Elgin St and Bank St. Thanks to Kaity in the SOHO Residences office for all her help before and during our stay! We hope to be back.」
