"Everything was wonderful except our bed was really short. I'm 5'9 and my husband is 5'11 and both of our feet hung over the end of the bed. It was weird. The hotel was clean as we're the rooms. Friendly staff and a wonderful restaurant attached. Lot's around the area."

"We stayed at the property for a week. We were pleased with the size of the room and the close proximity to downtown. Peter (night shift) was outstanding. He was cheerful and extremely helpful throughout our visit. Unfortunately we cannot say the same for the other staff who were grumpy and looked like they did not want to be there. The breakfast was outstanding - a wide variety of offerings - a great way to start the day. And the snack bags are a great idea and very helpful as we toured the city. We appreciated the Green option however we felt that we used more towels than we might have if our room was being cleaned. The towels were too easy to access. We will certainly stay there again on our next trip to Ottawa."
