"We stayed for 6 days - our room was not tended to at all during this time, even though we were told it would be done after 4 days. Two of the other travel parties in our group also booked rooms at this hotel - their rooms contained a larger TV, and a microwave which our room did not and we were staying longer than they were. We did not know that microwaves were an option in the room and it would have been a great amenity to have given our length of stay. We did not notice the difference in rooms until the day our friends were checking out and noticed the size of their television and that they had a microwave and counter area."

"We stayed at the Cartier Place Suite Hotel. It was clean. The staff were kind and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The only thing we didnt know that certain elevator takes you to another part of the hotel. Other than that it was good. Pool, hot tub and Sauna were great. They also ensure there are plenty of poolside towels for their guests. Overall would definitely stay there again. "
