"We booked before checking reviews and I'm so glad we did. I just don't understand why people gave a 1/5. This hotel is perfect for a few days stopover or more. The metro station is a 5 minute $10 Uber ride away and the train is a $5 15 minute ride into central Washington. The room itself was spotless with every amenity you could need. We used the restaurant next door to take food up to the room when we returned from a day of exploring and it was delicious. Contrary to the comments about the deposit not being returned, mine had been refunded to my card before I had even reached the car. In short, I found this hotel to be the exact opposite of these 1/5 reviews and I highly recommend it!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked through the door. We loved the little extras like the coffee station and cookies at the front desk. The pool and hot tub were also very clean and well-maintained. Although we only stayed one night, we were very impressed and would definitely stay here again if we're back in the area."
