「The representative at breakfast was exceptional. I did not get her name, but it was Saturday/Sunday 4/25 and 4/26. She was kind and very efficient. We loved talking to her, and she should be commended for her work. Only dismayed that there was not a closet or anywhere to hang clothing. 」

「Food, drinks and staff were all awesome. They had good bikes to borrow and ride into town on if you wanted, “don’t worry about locking them, nobody will take them”. They also would drive you, and pick you up if you wanted a ride to town. Everything about the experience was 1st class. Room was very clean. Wait staff were all professional. Their gift shop was stocked with high quality items. Even the grounds keepers and maintenance staff were polite. They all treat you like royalty. St....

「We really enjoyed our stay at The Parsonage. The property and room were kept well. The staff were sweet and attentive. Very good location as far as walking distance to shops, restaurants and the waterfront area. I would certainly return and certainly recommend to anyone visiting St. Michael’s. 」

「We did eat breakfast but the day of check in we enjoyed lunch, very good! We stayed in The Barn, the room was very clean and beautiful. Our only problem we found was the mattress was way too soft. My husband and I both agree they need a new mattress. Everything else was excellent ‼️」

「Room was full of ants, all over the counters. Fire alarm went off at 7:00am, buildings evacuated, had to start my day without a shower or cleanup. No announcements or directions from staff. No phone in room. No desk in room. Property restaurants were all overpriced and underwhelming in terms of taste.」

「Under construction. It was not noted when I reserved rooms. Got there pass 10 pm no front desk. Waited for about 20 minutes. Front desk had to run something upstairs. He was very nice and apologize he was the only one there. Valet refused to valet our 12 seater van. My husband had to find the lot. They started construction noise before 8. One of the room had the fridge so loud My sis in law had to unplug the fridge. Heater was not working.... I was just not happy with this hotel.」
