"I can’t say much about the property or how clean it was, I didn’t make it past the front desk. Before any words could come out of my mouth the front desk personal very dismissively stated all rooms were canceled and to check my app. Not an apology or an ounce of empathy just very rude and cold, check your app. Very rude and dismissive not a care in the world nor how can we make this better. After driving several hours I almost had to sleep in my car. My fiancés saved the day with one of his membership benefits of being a company owner."

"You will never post this so it really becomes a waste of time...first room I was given possible had other people in it .then my room was switched to the other side of building 2nd room had a water issue and damaged the floors from it seems the draining of the hot tub...the 3rd room ended up being the first room I was to be given with other tenants using it...that hot tub was extremely had to enter and enjoy...breakfast room extremely hot to be in..the pool wasn't really available but was later Saturday and possibly Sunday but I left anyways...I have stayed in this hotel 20 years ago and also nearly 40 years ago...it really needed more then paint and beds...it needs more of modern look..someone may soon be hurt on steps going into tubs...and it really needs house keeping to spray more cover for the really old carpet...sorry but it's time to really understand the age of this place and I may never stay again at this location..glad to see the owner put money into the new restaurant "Jack in the Box" now do the hotel...they also. CHARGED me a deposit of 100 bucks..and gave excuses of pet and smoking as the reason...I don't smoke nor did I have a dog on this travel...but I asked for a letter of water damage from drain issue and was denied 1 by the front desk..He said I had his word..well they also have video cameras there..so..Best not be and issues with a full refund of deposit and possible the issue with first and second room..guess I will wait to hear back"
