Great Hotel

It was a two night stay. The bed was very comfortable. The best part of the stay was the super friendly lady that worked the desk at night. I have never seen anyone work so hard to accommodate everyone.

It was fine. Breakfast was a nice perk but it wasn’t the healthiest or highest quality, but excellent for the price (free…included with room). The property was fine. Didn’t blow us away but served it’s purpose well.

Cannot even clean the rooms - dog poo!!!

Took my daughter for a mom and me night to the hotel. It was horrible. There was a dirty sock and dog poo under the bed in the first room they tried to put us in. Then when we went to the pool the hot tub was broken. Just an absolute disaster. Never coming back.

Property was beautiful and the room was really nice but I think it needs to be stopped a little better I mean three glasses, two butter, knives one of them dirty two forks you know just not very good and then housekeeping oh hell with housekeeping we had to go down to the pool to get some towels because housekeeping they told me only comes every four days That was a bit well, I should say quite inconvenient. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was really not very good. The options were very little and I have never in my life had cubed sweet potatoes with eggs and sausage so there wasn’t much of a variety. I actually took my family out to breakfast the second day we stayed there , but overall it was clean. The pool was very nice just a pretty place but for a Hilton there’s a lot of repairs that need to be done.

The front desk person wasn’t at her station either when checking in or him when checking out or answering the phone. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I had to go to the lobby to get clean glasses. There was a standard size mattress pad as one of the coverlets on the king size bed. The Wi-Fi never connected, thankfully because although the property claims free Wi-Fi they charge $4.99 per day unless you know to ask for a promo code, then that didn’t work. Every attempt to call the front desk or housekeeping produced a busy signal and when I went to the front desk I found the clerk on the phone laughing with someone like a personal call. Never again will I stay there or recommend the place. I can’t wait to review it on yelp and google.

The hotel was nice and clean. We booked a 2 bedroom suite that slept 8. When we asked for additional linens and pillows for the pull out sofa, we were told the hotel was out. That it was first come first serve and the hotel was full. It was a Sunday, the hotel parking lot was fairly empty and there was very little traffic or congestion in the hallways. We explained we had 8 people and paid for a suite that slept 8. They then proceeded to tell us we were not allowed excess linens. We said we had 8 people and needed 8 pillows, which we did not have. After some convincing, they did tell us we could come down to the lobby in 10 minutes and they would look around the hotel and see if they could find anything. We were eventually provided with 2 additional pillows, a full sheet and extra blanket. I find it unacceptable that we were not provided enough linens to accommodate the suite we paid for. We did each end up with 1 pillow for the evening after several calls and attempts. I have never been to a hotel that did not provide enough linens and/or ran out on a Sunday, where the hotel seemed relatively empty. My gut is that they were full that weekend and laundry wasn't done in a timely manner.
