"Great staff - very helpful and always available. Room was nice, very 'showa' feel with Tatami mats and adornments. The Onsen bath, particularly the external new Sauna (from Estonia!) and Rotenburo, were quite pleasant. The buffet is designed for tour groups, but tasty selection! Would stay again if had chance b/c very close to everything and perfect facilities for skiing trip."

"Hotel is okay from a room/cleaniness. Check-in was a problem with both hotels.com and the actual check-in. Hotels.com doesn't handle international travel well as they didn't put in that the room we chose was double occupancy. It's not in our receipt which is telling me that it probably got lost in the email to the hotel. It's in the app but apparently that wasn't relayed to the hotel. When we checked in, the reception said it was for single occupancy although we paid the double rate already...
