「Very easy check in experience! Our room was very spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for longer stays. I would recommend staying here!
The only two cons were the noise of the road (should have remembered my sound machine) and the lighting in the living/kitchen area was pretty dim. 」

「The airport shuttle service at this hotel is extremely inconvenient. They only run the shuttle once every hour, which is not practical at all for travelers. To make matters worse, they only have one shuttle, and it is dedicated to Southwest Airlines first. We ended up waiting over 45 minutes at the airport for a ride, even though the hotel is just an 8-minute drive away. This is simply absurd. If you need to rely on the shuttle, I would not recommend booking this hotel.」
「No real complaints - I only stayed a night and it was perfectly acceptable. The room was spacious and clean, the only downside being that the bathroom smelled strongly of cigarettes (odd, in a supposedly non-smoking room).」
