"We recently enjoyed a 3 day stay at the doubletree. The staff were all helpful.and friendly, and the,suite was very nicely renovated. Bed was comfy and bathroom was well stocked, with nice products and good water pressure. we liked having a fridge and microwave. Rooms were quiet with good sound insulation. Breakfast was solid but fairly basic, and it took some time to get beverages. the gym was adequate but !imited due to work being done in the usual workout room. overall it was a good experience and we would return, especially since we had nice upgrades as Hilton honors members. And don't forget those warm cookies!!"

"This is a wonderful hotel - staff are very welcoming and the room we had on the 2nd floor was excellent. We loved the local art on the walls and the outdoor patio was great to have a drink - have dinner. The location is excellent and I highly recommend doing a walk through the Cary Park next door (particularly at night). Absolutely recommend."

"The room wasn’t refreshed the first night, the bathroom door wouldn’t close completely and the iron and iron board needs replacing. Other than those minor issues everything was fine. I wasn’t happy that there wasn’t a microwave in the room or on the floor. You have to go down to the breakfast area to use the one microwave."
