"We are from America and this place is great! All of the staff go above and beyond to be so helpful. Very clean and no smells. Free Disney shuttle. Breakfast was different than what we’re used to but there were so many fresh options and even great stuff for kids. Not much for American eggs or cereal but many other choices. Room was so cozy and clean. 2 twin beds pushed together is how we got ours and it was higher than a king bed. Quiet room. A 7-11 type store is attached with lots of food options and many other items. Hotel has a small gym and laundry room. I highly recommend this place for families. "

"The hotel offers free bus service to Shin-urayasu station and Disneyland and Disneysea in the morning. The pickup in the evening is difficult to find and there are only 3. The first room i was assigned had a great view of Disney. The room had a funny smell. I called reception and they moved me to another room. The customer service and room amenities were great. The bed was hard and squeaked. I had stayed in this hotel 2 times before and always had a good experience. The mini shop on the ground floor was great and convenient."
