"I was taken aback by a staff member, who was unusually unfriendly, though I would not say she was rude. Perhaps I got spoiled by staff members at other Japanese hotels, who were extremely cuorteous and friendly. My room was quite cold. A better heating system would be helpful. Also, the betteries were dead in the TV remote control. I understand these things happen, but checking it from time to time would be helpful. "

"The rooms were very clean and there was a convenience store and cafe in the hotel as well as a spa/pool. The hotel was next to a train station, 7eleven and a few restaurants. Definitely recommend. "

As you know, this hotel is v.close to Shinjuku station and there is excellent shopping and restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again "
