「Easy location to baseball/football stadiums and a number of restaurants.」

「We were in KC for a Cheer Competition. This location worked great! Lots of local option for food/coffee/groceries/Dollar Store (for any items needed or forgotten) and 15-20 minutes to The Convention Center. House worked great for 8 adults and 5 teens. The adults each had our own room and there was enough room in the living space to put the teens. House was clean and everything worked fine. Only recommended items would be paper towels, kleenex and a pizza cutter. We would stay again if Comps...

「First Girls Trip to Joplin and really didn’t k ow where to stay until this charming little place showed up! Absolutely perfect for our purposes of relaxing, enjoying some local sights, and checking out the food scene! I cannot recommend this place enough! It met all our needs, and was located just outside the “hub” of Joplin so it’s quiet and cozy at night! Candace was so easy to communicate with and she promptly responded to my many questions! We will be staying here again! 」

It's a no horn zone & I actually found the clacking on the rails quite soothing & looked forward to the next passing train. And I could go on & on about the comfortable bed. Oh my!
