The space
Corner unit two bedroom condo with breathtaking views of Peak 1 from your private back patio.

2 bedroom 2 bath corner condo (900 sqf) located on the second floor (end unit) at the very quiet MountainSide Complex located in the Southern part of town. The Complex was built 20 years ago but this unit looks and feels BRAND NEW. The MountainSide
HOA does an outstanding job at maintaining the grounds, buildings and clubhouse, so you will feel that you are residing in a new complex. Stay with us and take advantage of lower prices, a wonderfully well maintained and very enjoyable clubhouse (featuring an inside swimming pool, inside and outdoor hottubs, sauna and steam shower, racket ball court, tennis court (Summer only), a beautiful setting (facing the National Forest with no
roads to cross and many trailheads to wander through on showshoes, xcountry skis or hiking shoes) without compromising on the comfort and the amenities.

This condo is managed directly by us, the owners. We make sure that your condo is ready for your stay. We are available 24/7 to answer any questions you may have before, during or after your stay. We provide information regarding ski resorts, activities to do in the area, tips for discounted tickets to
ski resorts and other attractions, etc...

CONDO DESCRIPTION
The living room has a lot of comfortable seating options. Dining table seat
Sleeping arrangement is as follows:
1) the master bedroom sleeps 2 (KING bed)
2) the second bedroom sleeps 2 (extra long twin beds)
3) Additional sleeping options are as follows: queen sleeper sofa with upgraded memory foam
mattress (sleeps up to 2).
All mattresses are organic with a plush/firm feel (no springs!)

Nick and Megan’s condo in the mountainside is an absolute gem

Space The condo itself was exactly as advertised - clean, convenient, and incredibly comfortable. With two spacious bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area, it had everything we needed for our stay. We especially appreciated the little touches like the fully-stocked spice rack and the ice maker that actually worked! One of the highlights was definitely the in-unit washer and dryer, which came in handy after our adventures on the slopes. We also loved being able to soak our tired muscles in the complex's hot tubs and saunas after a long day of skiing. We were blown away by the stunning views from the private balcony overlooking the valley below. It’s nestled in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. Host Nick was an exceptional host from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive, addressing any questions or concerns we had promptly and courteously. Location The location of the condo was absolutely perfect. It's close to the ski slopes, restaurants, and attractions, we had everything we needed right at our fingertips. Parking was a breeze, and we loved being able to walk to the nearby grocery store for any last-minute essentials. Overall From the breathtaking views to the cozy accommodations and fantastic amenities, it truly felt like a home away from home. We can't wait to stay here again. Nick’s condo is highly recommended.
