Kate is excellent and easy to work with, the condo is very clean and the water pressure / hot water are HOTEL quality. Convenient to the hilt if you are using the EPIC pass and need a centralized base (20 minutes to Breckenridge and 35 minutes to Vail). We preferred Vail, though parking there is a nightmare and expensive ($40 a day). Breckenridge is way more accessible and close to the same skiing experience. Parking could be as low as $14, if you had 4 or more people in the truck/car and its a lot closer to want to the ski area. You could even take the free bus to Breck, if you didn't mind waiting for the buses (behind Wal-Mart is the Frisco Transit Center, catch bus there). Everything in Frisco is right there...Safeway (preferred over Wal-Mart), Restuarant's: Vinny's is amazing, but expect to pay >$40 a plate, 5th Ave Grill was good, as was Ollie's Pub, but stay away from Casa Sanchez. The home was well stocked and we didn't have to buy anything unless it was particular to us. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was because of the radiant heating. We had to keep the setting at 55 degrees, as anything higher would just be too hot. It probably didn't help it was a warm week, but again it was difficult to regulate the heat. I would stay there again, as it was just so convenient to everything. Lastly, the altitude may be a problem as Frisco is >9K in altitude. If you're a sea-level person like me, expect at least one day to get acclimated (if not longer).
