"Bis mir jemand öffnete, dauerte es 20 Minuten und es war nur Zufall, daß ich entdeckt wurde. Auf meine Telefonate reagierte niemand, niemand nahm ab. Die Mitarbeiter/innen bewergten sich bis auf eine ohne Maske im ganzen Hotel. Mein Zimmer (5) hatte eine durchgängig schimmlige Geruchsnote. "Als ich das Zimmer betrat, war es furchtbar. Die ganze Nacht war Wasser aus der Toilette getropft, es war ohrenbetäubend laut, ich konnte nicht schlafen. An der Rezeption war niemand, an dem ich das Problem melden konnte. Erst am Morgen kam jemand, um es zu reparieren. Die gesamte Rezeption stand unter Wasser. Ich musste das Hotel verlassen und in ein anderes umziehen."

"The room was very large and well appointed. It very much exceeded ilour expectations. The only odd thing was a second refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was included and proved to be more that we could eat. Typical German fare (Brötchen, Käse, Aufschnitt). A small selection of fruit would have been a nice addition.
