「娘にとってあこがれのホテルです。数年前までは、本当にお姫様が住んでると思っていました。なので、いつか泊まらせてあげたいと思っていたのを実現させました。 スパの予約を取ろうとしたら一杯で、チェックアウトに間に合いませんでした。その旨を伝えると快くチェックアウトの時間を無料で延長してくれました。 また、バスローブのポケットに携帯を忘れたのをチェックアウト後に気付き、取りに戻りました。すると、ハウスキーピングの方が携帯に気付いてとっておいてくれてました。本当に助かりました。 また泊まりたいです」

「Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. The restaurant food and suna is amazing. The staff attitude to help and think for their customers are much appreciated 」

Dans toutes ces expériences j'ai été sensible à la magie du lieu. Et la nouvelle euqpe d el(Arbois Bettex a bien réussi a préserver cette magie.」

The breakfast was delicious, the location perfect as directly by the slopes and lifts (if skiing). The most relaxing luxurious stay in a quality hotel.
