"A lovely chalet cloae to the ski slopes of termignon. The property was clean and well equipped and the pool a nice added feature after skiing! The area of termignon itself is quieter but after a busy day skiing the chalet provides a great place to retreat and recover!"

"Very strange experience ! We booked this property for a stay at New Year and as there was no snow we asked Miriam if we could cancel and stay another time instead. She agreed and we arranged a stay in June . We sent several messages between each other over the next few months and all seemed fine . We travelled all the way to the Alps from the UK in June and Miriam did not answer repeated messages we sent to her so we could not go to the apartment and had to find other accommodation . "Gorgeous view, great location within walking distance to Annecy old city center. Good large unit. Parking was very hard to find initially. Needed better instructions. Although the unit was generally clean, the furniture was quite dated and in need of deep cleaning. The curtains were dirty, tattered and frayed. There are some easy updates that would make this a 5 star. "
