"The hotel has a great location and its amenities makes it stand out from the rest. The housekeeping is top notch. They are very friendly and give you what you need. When I arrived the lamp was flickering and the carpet could use a good clean. There isn’t a long mirror that I think would make everything better so that you can see yourself. The mirror in the bathroom is hard to use because the door doesn’t open wide enough so it’s a bit awkward when trying to get ready. Other than that great experience! Friendly staff! "

"Bed A+. Room nice with plenty of drawer space. Refrigerator. Lots of hangers and closet for clothes. Electric outlets worn, plugs fell out. Clean. Nice space. I would stay there again. Big surprise to us...$47/night for parking and we had two cars! BUT, there is parking across Marina Blvd not requiring much of a walk...BUT it was pouring!"

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were happy with our choice. Pros: Great location for exploring the Wharf And Ghirardelli Square. Clean establishment. Good for families. Lots of great cafes/restaurants nearby. Several game options in downstairs lobby. Cons: No restaurant on site and the food they have for grab n go wasn’t fresh. Rooms on the backside of the building have a view of a crusty alley (for a week, we stared at a silk shirt and shoe that had been tossed on the roof of the neighboring building’s dumpster enclosure) and that same alley can get noisy. "
