"The property was great. Small issues with facial recognition based entry on arrival but everyone was friendly. Hassle was that there is no place to store luggage (or if there was, clearly for residents, we were not allowed access) meant we had to carry our luggage around all day till our 9 pm flight (and checkout was 11 am). This was a huge headache. Not an issue at a hotel. Everybody was super nice. Apartment comfortable. Location convenient. Shopping center inside."

Breakfast was standard Brazilian hotel breakfast, that is, tasty, varied, and on par with a high-end US hotel breakfast. Staff were courteous and competent. "
