Room was comfortable and always cleaned. Towels and toiletries were provided daily. Staff was always available and willing to assist. Great air conditioner. Breakfast very nice as well.

The hotel is very well kept and clean. They also offer great breakfast buffet. Hotel maids are very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that in order to get in and out of the breakfast area and in and out of the hotel, there is a need for the room key. Unfortunately this was not explained during the check in. It was a little inconvenience the first time we went down for breakfast but after understanding how it worked we did not have any issues. I would stay here again.

A practical hotel at a very good price

A very modern and nice hotel iwth great breakfast and even better breakfast hours: til 10.30 weekdays and 12.00 weekends. A little complicated with the key card one need to be able to enter the hotel and the breakfast area, but one gets used to it. As in most places in Brazil it is poorly insulated so the street noise and people talking in the corridors might be disturbing but no probs for us.

Atendimento dos funcionários maravilhoso, quarto bem arejado com central funcionando perfeitamente, café da manhã com boas opções, limpeza eficiente. Somente alguns pontos deixaram a desejar: assento do vaso sanitário solto, luz do ambiente piscando frequentemente, o que gerava incômodo, barulho de outros quartos deixando a estadia menos proveitosa. Vale ressaltar sobre o estacionamento, pois o mesmo é terceirizado e pago a parte.

A equipe do hotel muito educada, receptiva, principalmente o mensageiro, um senhor que se chama Mauricio (se não me engano), que foi de uma educação e simpatia sem igual! Quarto organizado, limpo, colchão bom, café da manhã ótimo, com muita variedade! No quarto a gente escuta um pouco do barulho da rua, mas nada de absurdo! A localização é ótima, perto de muitos restaurantes e bares, próximo da rua Augusta! Me hospedaria novamente sem problemas!
