"Overall the hotel was nice. Decent room, staff was warm & inviting/it was within walking distance to the State Farm arena & several nice restaurants including the sun dial in the hotel. "

"We were provided with no towels and no shampoo. There was no coffee maker in the room. The shower valve leaked badly. There was no desk agent most of the time. They had this weird video kiosk connected to a person in India."

"Overnight parking — $55 per night. $80 deposit per night. I’ve never been at a hotel that costed that much for a deposit or overnight parking. Here’s the kicker — 7-10 business to get my $160 back. Won’t be seeing me again."

"The hotel was very well maintained and staffed. The welcome staff at the front desk were so awesome when we arrived. The valet was attentive and great to talk with. The place looked to newly remodeled with new furniture and paint. The daily breakfast was great with Costa coffee! Very convenient to Ted Grill, The Tabernacle and nice walking distance to the aquarium and Coca Cola."

"Check-in took over an hour after valet parking & waiting for the check-in line. App check-in was not functioning properly. Room was tidy but in need of deeper cleanings & repairs. There was a rust pool under the toilet & the bathroom wall was peeling next to the sink. Carpet had several stains & felt dirty under foot. The walls outside of the elevator on our floor were dingy & in need of scrubbing. I’ve stayed in 2 star hotels in better condition. Pool was nice, having a Starbucks available & other amenities was a plus. But really disappointed in the overall state of the hotel outside of the main lobby. "
