「Good budget stay. Clean rooms close to downtown and the highway. Will stay here again if I need to go to Durham」

「Only stayed for one night, but as soon as parking the car and walking to the building there's a sensation of rew and fresh, Checking in was fast and easy, and the room looks and feels clean, updated, the bathroom clean and ample, for a moment you think you were at one of those expensive places. I was ready to check out by 8 am but wanted to stay a little longer and checked out minutes before 11 ;)」

「I booked a room for one night for myself, my husband, and our sons. We chose a room featuring a king-size bed and a pull-out sofa. However, there was absolutely no bedding provided in the room! I had to strip the sheet off our own bed just to make up the sofa for the boys. There were also no extra pillows or blankets, and the towels were barely enough for two people... All in all, it’s a good thing we were only staying for one night! Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.」

「Hot water was hard to get. Some times of day, mildly warm was the most one could get. The room was comfortable, but the wheelchair/ADA features were somewhat in the way. 」

「Out of order, out of order, out of order. Everything was out of order. Ice machines, breakfast bar, office room computer, elevator, heck even the ATM in the lobby. The vending machines had signs up on them warning that hotel management does not give refunds as they dont own them, which is normally true, but the fact every machine had the warning makes me wonder how many time people got ripped off. Normally I try to find something nice to say, to layer in but this hotel needs to stop trying....

「They refused to let my daughter check in because she was 18 and not 21. My daughter travels for work and has stayed at numerous hotels including other Best Western hotels, and she has never had an issue like this. Nowhere did it say there was an age limit while booking the room. 」

「The room was clean, we had to leave early and staff was able to refund 2 of my nights stay with no fuss. Cleaning crew was amazing. 」

「The room was clean,the staff from the front desk to housekeeping was excellent and air conditioning was extremely cold. I would definitely stay at thus location again. Not to mention the breakfast was outstanding.」
