The showers had lukewarm water. It was not hot and the breakfast was terrible eggs were cold trays of potatoes and sausage were empty and not refilled in a timely fashion. The check-in staff was very nice. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable, but there’s something about the hotels in North Carolina especially Raleigh. I’ve stayed in four and all four have had issues with hot water getting a warm or hot shower is very important to a lot of folks to stay in these places it needs to be fixed

The room was very clean, exactly as advertised, check in as easy. Breakfast area is lovely, clean and spacious. The food is kinda eh, but edible. The only real issue was the male housekeeper busting into the room about .2 seconds after he knocked, finding my naked husband chasing him back out the door. 😂😂😂
