"Stay was ok. Toilet was not tall at all with a little arthritis painful to stand up."

"We stayed 1 night to catch a cruise out of Port Everglades the following day. I felt the room and property was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, and overall had a great stay. I would stay at this hotel property again."

"This is not as listed. Roaches crawling on the TV and the hotel i was placed in afterwards smelled wet and the carpet was mildly damp…the room looked so low budget. So much noise. Complained and even knocked on the door of those residing there before i complained to staff and they continued. The desk associate did come up and try but that didnt help. Desk associate there definitely gave east coast ny vibes…not saying there all rude but it was very much so eyeroll energy. I got a refund for the other days so im grateful but thats after i complained to expedia associates a thousand times. Do not book here until they fix this!"

"The hotel has no WiFi the entire stay. The room has an awful smell that would not come out. The hotel then charged my card and additional $30 on top of the $75 deposit and when u attempted to call to receive an explanation the phone number for the hotel is not in service and the customer service can’t seem to figure out anything either. Still waiting on the general manager to respond to my email. The hotel pool and hot tub was filthy and unstable and the continental break is the same everyday so not worth the amount of money we paid to stay here B and horrible customer service"

"They don’t even bother to place new towels and everything on a Saturday. You have nothing to use…. And the cooling system always on even you feel cold. Just ridiculous…"

"Had never stayed in an extended stay. Won’t do it again. Cockroach in the fridge. The floors dirty. Things broken like the toilet seat. Side of the fridge rusted out. Just the worse place I’ve stayed. The young lady that checked me in was great. Helped me up to the third floor with my luggage. "
