「Upon arrival the desk clerk was not very friendly. There was no A/C in the lobby. When we got to the room, the A/C worked-the thermostat was set at 66 degrees. When we put the temperature down to 70 because it was very cold, the room was very muggy. We checked out a day early, because this was a horrible stay. We will never stay at this location again.」

「Staff was very helpful and quick to assist when I had an issue. The rooms are cozy and I love the kitchenette, I’m a little sad that my stay wasn’t really long enough to make good use of it. The rooms do have a subtle mustiness to them, as they’re not super well ventilated, especially the bathroom. 「Overall experience was good staying at the hotel. I found inside the hotel was cold and the breakfast as disappointing which the food is dry and limited healthy food options. The vending machine for water is located in the lobby and not on each floor.」

「The afternoon staff was extremely friendly and the parking was easier than most places. We stayed on the front side of the hotel which was extremely loud from street noises including cars, trains and planes. My family stayed on the backside and didn’t have issues. The bathroom was a little dirty but when we had issues with the toilet, the maintenance came right away after we asked the afternoon staff.
