「Great location and very updated property; but bring or use ear plugs with the heat or a/c unit going because it's system is very loud and will keep awakening you. Instead of a ductless quiet system despite the expensive rate to stay at the hotel, the hotel chooses to use a wall unit which is like staying at a Motel 6 or quality inn without the discount.」

「We really enjoyed our stay. There were enough of the basics, towels etm. Loved the little kitchenette and, medium sized refrigerator, they gave us increased options.」

「I stay at Grouse usually in the fall for hockey. This was my first time staying in May. The largest draw to this hotel is their hot-tub and sauna. It was not advertised until check in that they were doing remodeling on that area so it’s closed until June. The onsite restaurant is a nice benefit to this place however the walls are notoriously thin at this hotel and the air conditioner does not keep the room cool enough as it’s very outdated. 「Everything was perfect. 10/10. Hotel is clean and beautiful. Gives you that lodge feel. Only about 20 minutes from the west Glacier entrance. Buffet breakfast every morning. Coffee all day. Complimentary cookies in the afternoon. Two wonderful ladies at the front desk who are so kind and helpful! Hot tub and pool open until 10pm. Room was spacious and clean. We got a room that showcased the mountains when we woke up every morning. Lots of parking. Very close - walking distances to many...

「I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Although online and all the brochures advertise a free continental breakfast there is nothing available. We were promised that it would happen the next day, but there was nothing. The fan in the bathroom did not work and there was what appeared to be black mould at the top near the ceiling. The property was very rundown and stank of weed. It would definitely not recommend staying here.」
