"Room dirty, dust on ledges, stuff on bathroom floor. Carpet throughout in poor condition. TV old. 3rd time at this property. It’s gone downhill. Will not book again. Staff was pleasant. "

"Im kind of bitter about my stay here. But can admit that on a good day when everything is working it would be good. We booked this place purely for the pool/hot tub/sauna. Right before the trip we were told via email that its all closed for renovations but to talk w staff about assistance. We asked the girl at the front desk if theres a room w a hot tub. She replied she doesnt know anything about the rooms. She let us know the bar would be open for about 20 more minutes - it was dark and closed and empty. We went to our room and about 45 minutes later they called us and told us we had to move downstairs to another room or we'd be upcharged. They offered a "discount to their gift shop" or a free breakfast voucher.. because breakfast here isnt free. So we were pretty disappointed in our stay."

"Unfortunately there was an issue with the water in the room above me which resulted in noise at 5 AM, water on the floor of the bathroom and the water being turned off in the room until 7 AM. The front desk person said that I had booked through Expedia and so there was nothing he could do to reduce the rate charged or anything else. It would be up to Expedia to do something."

"This was a great place to stay for a weekend of skiing! Simple, affordable, pet friendly, the sauna was wonderful after a day of skiing. We could walk downtown and the coffee options in the morning was much appreciated! "
