「This was the noisiest hotel stay I've ever had. Traffic on Main Street was extremely loud and the window air conditioner was also loud. The location was excellent and the staff was great. The room was very small and cramped.」

「We checked into Apres early. We were told the room would not be ready before 3pm, which is fine. When we returned to the property after 3pm it still was not ready. We had to wait another 45 minutes. When they finally gave us the key the cleaning lady was still in the room. The room was in the basement with a high window. The wifi could not reach the room and there was no cell signal either. We asked the staff for another room, but was told that this was the only room they had (even though the...

「Nice room, sink in bathroom was partially clogged. No one on property most of the town.」

「Smoke alarm was missing from room; remote control was broken and replaced unit didn't work. Manager on duty was nice but appeared to be only one on property. Property was very convenient to where I needed to be. Overall interior appeared to be clean and cared for. 」

「Booked a camping tent that was nice. Bed was comfy and clean. The fresh air was nice and the view on the horse ride was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom situation was not great and not so clean. Please fix this, you have a great place but you will turn away people if you cant figure that out. Food was decent for dinner but the breakfast was great.」

「Very old property. No refrigerator in room and no dresser to store clothes. Amtrak station is across the street and there are trains all day and at night. Very loud place. Thought it was going to be charming. Just old and not worth the $350/night rate. Stay a little farther out in a nicer place.」
