Room was clean and staff was friendly. But the pool and hot tub were closed which was disappointing., and the rooms were in desperate need of an upgrade like paint, color furnishings, a coffee maker in the room, etc. All those things are available at other local hotels for t abouthe same price. But the beds were comfortable, and the basics are all there.

Glacier National Park is gorgeous, the staff was great, and let us change our room when we arrived to a first-floor room. Great food in town.

Only downsides here are there is no functioning indoor pool, and there is no elevator. Everything else was very nice, and its location is very close to Glacier National Park.

Very nice to be set back from the highway. Great staff, very friendly. Wish they had decaf coffee and herbal teas, healthy non dairy creamer (oat milk) instead of the chemical options. Nice view beyond the parking lot!

The room was freezing when I got there. The sidewalk had over a foot of snow on it so I had to haul my things through snow and ice to get to my room. The heater was so loud I didn't get to bed til midnight. I will say the staff were helpful and brought me two blankets when asked, and the room was very clean, but after a long day with an early wakeup, not getting a good night's sleep was disappointing.
The parking lot. Shameful.

The room was very nice and it was large and comfy; however, the pillows are hard as a rock and small. Breakfast offerings were awesome! Also, we were in a room directly above the front door, which was really noisy and difficult to sleep.

The hotel was a very reasonable price. The front desk was polite and helpful. The parking is very easy and convenient. Breakfast was very good. The only downside was the refrigerator was very loud as was the heater when it would kick off and on.
