The room was not only quite spacious but was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was excellent - very walkable (with luggage) to the train station and to the city centre, yet located on a very quiet street, meaning no noise from the city inside. Finally, the staff were very warm, always greeting us with a smile and even made us a coffee a few times during our stay. "This was a lovely place to stay we spent lots of time outside on the patio. The beds were firm. The shared kitchen was nice. Very quiet. It was close to the grocery store a convenient store and some good restaurants. It was a short walk to Auschwitz. I really enjoyed our stay here."

"The restaurant is great, and the property lovely. The room was clean and everything worked, though the furniture is dated and it was a bit dark and dreary. The spa is beautiful but the water was cold in the hot tub. Overall a real respite on the trip."

"What was left inside the pillows was lumpy. Towels looked like cleaning rags, so old. Door would not double lock inside. Poor WiFi. Problem with my prepayment even though I had a receipt. "
