Village Inn Destin

10/10 Excellent

"Well I stayed there and had my 1st Hurricane experienced there. Also we lost power..it was out for 36hrs, not too bad at all. They had a generator operating so we can keep our phones charged and also use of the microwave for heating up food. Their main focus was making sure we had clean water and food and they did that. They still had cereal, fruit, bagels, hot coffee even. Great job Village Inn. Of course I'll be back."

"Staff was very accommodating, room was very well kept and comfortable. The property is only about a 10 minute walk from the beach entrance so it was nice to be able to walk to and from the beach and not have to pay for beachside parking daily. Plenty of food and stores within walking distance from the property. Peaceful stay with no issues, staff were polite and helpful and happy to answer questions. You can tell they aren’t just there to make their hourly pay and go home, they seem genuinely happy to help you with any questions or concerns you might have. Housekeeping was very great also, during the stay while we were at the beach they changed our sheets, restocked the room with towels and cleaned without bothering any of our personal belongings. This is a great place to book for the Destin area as the price is far more fair than other properties nearby and the accommodations are quite nice!"
